How ITBros processes the personal data you share with us via the website, email or phone.

What data we process
From the consultation form: full name, email, phone, selected interest and an optional project description. Also the content of emails and calls you have with us.
Why and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare an offer. This is pre-contractual negotiation and our legitimate interest in answering your request.
How we handle data
A submitted enquiry is not stored in the website database. It is only delivered by email to our inbox info@itbros.cz. To protect the form from abuse, the website briefly keeps only an irreversibly hashed connection fingerprint and a submission count, never the enquiry content.
How long we keep data
Email communication for the duration of our discussions and at most 3 years after the last contact unless a contract is concluded. The connection fingerprint is deleted once the protection window expires (at most one hour).
Who may process data
Website hosting and email delivery providers processing data on our behalf under contract. The Google map on the Contact page loads only with your consent; see the Cookies page for details.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object. Just write to info@itbros.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
